How can I change or cancel my order?
We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order and before it is delivered. Download and complete our order cancellation form to cancel your order.

What are the shipping options?
We offer FREE standard delivery (1-3 business days) via DPD.
Where do you ship?
We deliver items to the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or the Republic of Ireland.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received, it typically takes about 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
